EONS call for new member of the Education Working Group

The EONS Education Working Group is looking for two new members, one of which is for Young Cancer Nurse.

We are looking for members who are actively engaged in education related to cancer nursing either in the university or clinical education and who has the time, enthusiasm and commitment to help EONS develop the education of cancer nurses and its impact across Europe!

The Education WG have the following goals that members are expected to be engaged with:

  • Recognise and support the learning needs of cancer nurses who are working with people affected by cancer across Europe.
  • Promote and create opportunities so cancer nurses can learn from and teach each other, the multi-professional team and those affected by cancer.
  • Strive to ensure that all cancer nursing education which is developed, delivered, and endorsed by EONS is standardised, sustainable and underpinned by the EONS Cancer Nursing Education Framework (2018).
  • Provide a point of reference and a network of expertise to those who develop and deliver education and career development opportunities for cancer nurses across Europe.

We expect from the members good language skills in English.

In this call we are looking for a member preferably outside UK and Spain.
