Reflective practice is a form of deep thinking about work with the aim of improving practice. It involves paying close attention to details of experiences to see what can be discovered or learned from them. Through reflection, professionals can think about their work in a way that facilitates developing their professional practice.
These sessions will be delivered on-line via Zoom and facilitated by a health psychologist experienced in online group facilitation. The sessions are aimed at Registered health and social care professionals in clinical or leadership roles.
Successful applicants will be allocated to a group cohort of 6-9 other professionals from organisations across the UK to attend six online group sessions delivered one week apart (first session 90mins; follow-up sessions 60mins).

Thursday 10th June 10.30am-12pm first session; 5 follow-up sessions weekly 11am-12pm
Wednesday 8th September 11.30-1pm first session; 5 follow-up sessions weekly 12pm-1pm
