  • Delivering care that is patient-centred, evidence based, brand defining and innovative, delivered by a strong performing team of talented, well-trained, motivated, thoughtful and compassionate individuals.
  • Introducing new and growing existing cancer services safely and effectively.
  • Lead Quality Assurance activities to monitor and sustain all regulatory requirements and adherence to best practice standards & guidelines.
  • Remaining straightforward, lean and reliable in our operational delivery and governance.
  • Building a high performing virtual team within our oncology service delivery network.

 

What we’d be looking for from you...

To successfully perform the Quality Lead role, you’ll bring specialist expertise and leadership to our Cancer Services and demonstrate:-,

  • A service improvement mind-set
  • Strong clinical leadership to inspire, motivate and nurture others to achieve their potential.
  • Resilience and the ability to work under pressure, set priorities, complete tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage own workload flexibly and other’s time and workload effectively
  •  Excellent communication skills and collaboration with clinical and non-clinical colleagues and stakeholders, with a demonstrative ability to influence others and negotiate.
  • Ability to analyse, synthesise and interpret data at an operational level.

Location

This role will be predominantly one of remote working, however, will require frequent travel nationwide and specifically to our new facility at St Bartholomew’s Hospital in Central London.
